Registration is now open.
PRE-REGISTRATION
All groups must pre-register by faxing to the Organizer in the U.S.A, names and passport numbers of the participating five delegates. When faxing their pre-registration, they should include the official e-mail address of the group, fax and telephone numbers.. Pre-registration can also be done by e-mail. All delegates will be issued photo identification badges that must be shown for access to both conference venues. This will be mailed to only fully registered delegates.
ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS
International delegates must be in possession of valid travel documents for entry into U.S.A and Guinea-Bissau . In order to facilitate visa issuance, delegates requiring visas should apply for them at the nearest U.S.A Embassy, high Commission or Consulate in advance of their expected departure date.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ARRANGEMENTS
The Conference Organizers are responsible for all conference arrangements, including meeting facilities and rooms, hotel accommodation, security, communications, hospitality, protocol, delegate services, and all other administrative support.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Delegates attending the five days “Youth conference” will be housed in a number of hotels in the U.S.A. Accommodation has been arranged in groups for all invited groups. The conference organizers in Guinea-Bissau have selected cheaper accommodations rates. Arrangements for the booking of rooms in Guinea-Bissau are direct communication with the hotel management. Participants will need to contact the conference Organizer in Guinea-Bissau for contact information on the selected hotels in Guinea-Bissau .
CURRENCY
Guinea-Bissau is a former Portuguese colony using CFA in West Africa . The current exchange rate currently varies all the time as the U.S Dollars keep on coming up in world market. The U.S. currency is accepted in Guinea-Bissau establishments, however it is recommended that you exchange your currency at a bank or financial institution, or use a banking machine, to obtain the best exchange rate.
DELEGATES' BUSINESS CENTRE
A number of services will be available to delegates at the Delegates' Business Centre, located at the various meeting locations. These services will include: photocopying, faxing, e-mail, Internet access, message drop-off and pick-up, and changes to travel arrangements.
MEDICAL CARE AND HEALTH SERVICES
A nursing station will be available to delegates during meeting hours.
Delegates may wish to check with their local health offices for specific recommendations. Delegates are responsible for paying their own emergency medical, surgical, dental and hospital expenses while in Guinea-Bissau and in the U.S.A to medical staff at time of treatment.
TELEPHONE AND FAX SERVICES
International direct dialling is available in all hotel guest rooms, with charges added to the guest's account. Calling cards for international telephone calls are available for sale at a number of convenience and other shops and drug stores. During the events, telephone and fax services will also be available at the Delegates' Business Centre.

Your hotel reservation confirmation from Guinea-Bissau will only confirm to us that you must proceed to Africa after the conference in America latest 2 days after the conclusion in America and a guarantee that you must attend the conference. Guinea-Bissau was chosen as a country emerging from conflict and wars and with its relative peace and the many participants from that region from other part of Africa will be showing their great interest in Guinea Bissau You can contact any of these government-approved hotels for your reservation, which is your only responsibility in these conferences as the Reservation in America, and your flight tickets are all free. These Hotels the organizers in Africa shall let you know at the submission of your registration, and you will be expected to attend both conference in both America and Africa .
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ARRANGEMENTS
One of the principle objectives of these conferences is to highlight the roles women and youths could play in the resolution and prevention of conflict before it is ignited and the mediation of it at standoffs (b) Participations will also be taught the mechanisms for dictating conflict situations and the ways for arresting them.

The Europe is not free, Asia, America , the United Kingdom all have failed and it is the objective of these conferences to maintain that Africa and the Worlds survival will not be procured with blood and iron but with negotiations and diplomacy.
