ICS reserves the right to cancel any or all tours and excursions at any time if minimum number requirements are not met. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked optional tour, you must do so in writing, no later than July 1, 2009. There will be a numerous participants therefore you advice to book in time. No cancellation of tour will be issued after July 1, 2009. Cancellation policy of pre/post tours will be confirmed at time of booking.
