All tours are free on an optional basis and based on availability. But must be registered time during arrival of any interested participants

ICS reserves the right to cancel any or all tours and excursions at any time if minimum number requirements are not met. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked optional tour, you must do so in writing, no later than July 1, 2009. There will be a numerous participants therefore you advice to book in time. No cancellation of tour will be issued after July 1, 2009. Cancellation policy of pre/post tours will be confirmed at time of booking
