Registration cancellations received in writing to the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children by July 31, 2009 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $100US administrative fee. Cancellations received between or after the events July 31 , 2009 and August 1, 2009 will be eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the fees paid to Africa Hotel.
